Expanded availability and new options for on-campus housing
MIT’s graduate residences are special places where ideas are exchanged, friendships are forged, and families are embraced. With expanded availability, a variety of layout options, and unparalleled convenience, on-campus living is the ideal way to enhance your time at MIT.
As you consider where you will live during your graduate program, we invite you to visit the graduate residences website to view photos, floorplans, and 3D walkthroughs of our eight on-campus residences.
We are also pleased to offer expanded availability and unit options with the opening of the Graduate Junction residence in August 2024. Owned by MIT but managed by American Campus Communities (ACC), the new MIT-affiliated Graduate Junction combines apartment-style living with proximity to the main campus.
