Department ELP waiver policy
DUSP does not offer ELP test waivers. All international applicants should plan to submit valid ELP test scores to complete their application.

DUSP fee waivers:
DUSP has a limited number of departmental fee waivers available to support applicants.
DUSP department fee waivers are only available to applicants who had been denied an Office of Graduate Education fee waiver, which will be collected by the OGE from their fee waiver form. DUSP applicants who are eligible for a department fee waiver will be notified via email to submit a DUSP fee waiver request. Do not email DUSP requesting a fee waiver.
DUSP fee waiver eligibility:
- DUSP fee waivers are only available to applicants who have started a DUSP application
- Failure to start a DUSP application will prevent a fee waiver from being correctly applied in the application system
- Applicants may only request a DUSP fee waiver after being denied a fee waiver from the Office of Graduate Education
