I am an international student. Can I apply to MSRP?
International students who are enrolled full-time in a degree-granting program at a U.S. institution located within the United States or its territories are eligible to apply. Students completing their bachelor’s degree at institutions outside the U.S., as well as exchange students, are not eligible.
