Biography
Copernic Mensah is a Computer Science undergraduate student at Hampton University. At the Center for Fusion Research and Training, he models Hamiltonian structures and simulates non-resonant stellarator and tokamak divertors to advance nuclear fusion energy. Previously, he maintained high frequency trading engines as a Quantitative Developer Intern at the Nwagbara Group. Copernic also developed a robotic hand exoskeleton game at The Catholic University of America and received recognition in the NASA Solar Energy and Science Gateways hackathons for his work on astronaut augmented reality and award-winning large language model data portals for reproducible science.
