She is currently working to develop a new metric to quantify the cumulative impacts of air pollution at levels below the NAAQS. Angelica interned at NASA as a member of the SaSa program, where her research focused on Monitoring the Recovery and Relapse of Column Ozone from 2005 \u2013 2022. Angelica is also an undergraduate researcher at @fterlab, an applied fluid mechanics research laboratory. In the future, she aims to continue using computer science to tackle the climate crisis.
