My name is Angel Bu, I am originally from La Habana, Cuba. I am studying biomedical engineering, primarily focused on biomechanics, at the University of Florida. My independent research is on the relationship between body weight support and musculo-tendon properties. I am applying to a graduate program after my graduation in attempts to pursue a doctoral degree. In my free time I play opposite hitter for the men’s club volleyball team.
