{"id":1485,"date":"2023-07-26T20:24:57","date_gmt":"2023-07-26T20:24:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/oge.mit.edu\/fellowships\/?page_id=1485"},"modified":"2025-10-01T16:22:51","modified_gmt":"2025-10-01T20:22:51","slug":"nsf","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/oge.mit.edu\/fellowships\/nsf\/","title":{"rendered":"NSF Graduate Research Fellowship Program\u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The NSF Graduate Research Fellowship Program&nbsp;supports outstanding graduate students who are pursuing research-based master&#8217;s or doctoral degrees&nbsp;in STEM \u2014 science, technology, engineering and mathematics \u2014 or in STEM education. <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This support includes an annual stipend and a cost-of-education allowance towards tuition and fees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The purpose of the NSF Graduate Research Fellowship Program (GRFP) is to help ensure the quality, vitality, and strength of the scientific and engineering workforce of the United States. NSF actively encourages the submission of applications from the full spectrum of talent that the US has to offer.
