Kitchen Chemistry Symposium, Feb. 19

The Kitchen Chemistry Symposium will feature Ayr Muir, CEO and Founder of Clover Food Lab. There will be a science lecture at the start, followed by a demo and lecture by Muir himself. A Q&A period is scheduled at the end of the presentation, followed by a reception outside of the lecture hall.
