Meditation, yoga and breathing techniques for being an effective leader and improving personal well-being will be taught. FREE intro sessions on Thursdays (5 pm, 56-167) and Saturdays (11 am, E51-061). There is also an info session on January 18 from 5-6:30pm in room 56-167. Fill out this RSVP form to communicate your interest in attending! The retreat days are: Thu (21st Jan), Fri (22nd Jan): 6pm-10pm; Sat (23rd Jan), Sun (24th Jan): 10am-4pm; Mon (25th Jan): 3pm-7pm.
