Conflict Resolution: Better Communication, Happier life, Jan. 21

Excellent communication skills can enhance your work performance and create more joy in your personal life. The right mindset is key. In addition to communication techniques, learn how to prepare your mind and body for better communication. Our two interactive workshops introduce tools such as recognizing intent, effective listening, positive thinking, and getting to the root of the problem. Workshop is Thursday 1/21, 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm at MIT Tang Center (70 Memorial Drive), E51-057, Kendall/MIT T Station stop. The entrance to the parking lot is on Amherst St. near Wadsworth St-free parking during the event! Discover ways such as meditation and Shiatsu that can bring our minds and bodies to a centered and balanced state for successful communication.

Shiatsu Practitioner: Jeff Leonard
Jeff Leonard is a licensed Shiatsu Practitioner with a healing touch. Shiatsu can reduce pain, tension and worry, and bring our minds and bodies to a centered state. In addition to demonstration, learn simple DIY exercises for staying awake while driving and the technique for a good night’s sleep.

Communication Trainer: Kitty Huang
Communication Trainer Kitty Huang shares the magic of “The Positive Approach”. Experience the transformation this amazing tool can bring through interactive exercises.

Inspirational Speaker: Kurt Faustin <>. Kurt Faustin has found his passion to inspire and spark hope within everyone through speaking. He is an award winning speaker through Toastmasters, he speaks on a weekly basis at Boston Pre Release Prison and also monthly at the Dimmock Center. As he is on a path now has expanding closing the disengagement gap through corporate seminars. Expect to be WOWed by his speech “Standing Tall”, as Kurt speaks about FEAR…
