The MIT community is invited to mediation sessions hosted by the MIT Art of Living organization. Meditation sessions will be held weekly on Mondays at 5:45pm in 56-180 and Thursdays at 6pm in 56-162. Come and build connections and community through destressing and mediation. You’ll also learn some simple yogic breathing techniques for stress-management.
