Community Wellness classes at MIT Medical

Community Wellness currently has open spaces in various classes and sessions offered at MIT Medical in CPR, health coaching, meditation, pilates, tai chi, weight management, and yoga. Classes are offered in a friendly, welcoming atmosphere and taught by knowledgable instructors. Classes are kept small and suitable for all levels of experience!
