Free weekly yoga and meditation on Saturdays

Join the Art of Living at MIT every Saturday from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm for some fun, relaxing yoga and meditation. These sessions are held year-round in 24-121 and feature group dance warmups, sun salutations, the lotus yoga sequence, pranayama, and meditation. In addition, the group participates in fun mindfulness games on days prior to the ‘YesPlus’ happiness workshops.
