Join the Art of Living at MIT every Saturday from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm for some fun, relaxing yoga and meditation. These sessions are held year-round in 24-121 and feature group dance warmups, sun salutations, the lotus yoga sequence, pranayama, and meditation.
