Come to a special yoga class designed to help you relieve finals stress on Thursday, May 15th, 2014, from 5:00pm to 6:00pm in the Eastgate Penthouse. This class is sponsored by the Office of the Dean for Graduate Education and is free for students and spouses. Join Qi Zhai Metzler (an MIT spouse and certified yoga instructor) to learn how yoga and meditation can help you to relax tense muscles and focus better. Beginners are always welcome.
