Interested in learning the science behind invisibility cloaks or jet engines? K12 Videos is an outreach webseries initiative aimed at generating excitement in STEM among K12 kids, and kids-at-heart, who otherwise wouldn’t be interested in the sciences. MIT students, whose backgrounds are just as diverse as their interests, host and write their own episodes. Hoping to inspire and entertain just as much as educate, episodes for the upcoming season feature scientific principles that kids might learn at school but in an innovative context. Episodes showcase some of the exciting things that go on at MIT and with a guide who could very well be their older brother or sister. Read more about K12 videos.
