Come to the Authentic Movement Wellness Class on Fridays from March 21st to June 6th in MIT Room E23-297. This is an opportunity to slow down and listen to what you body has to say. The class is inspired by Carl Jung’s practice of Active Imagination. It uses movement as a medium to discover and express your whole self. The class takes place in a safe, non-judgmental place. You will learn to listen deeply to your body’s wisdom, develop compassion for yourself and others, and gain personal insights, as well as access your potential for creativity and mindfulness.
