October 2, 2013

MIT’s Information Services & Technology Student Technology Advisory Board is currently seeking a graduate student representative to contribute to upcoming discussions. This board consists of representatives from the UA, GSC, ASA, Dormcon, IFC, Panhel, LGC, and SIPB. Last year, the ISTAB participated in several important topics, providing input into selection criteria for the open position of Head of IS&T, examining the effects of the upcoming Building 66 renovation on the Athena Cluster, and identifying locations for more public printers around campus (which are being deployed over the next month). Read more about the board, including previous membership, at http://web.mit.edu/istab/www/. ISTAB will meet on Wednesdays, from 5pm-6pm, in building E17.  Food is provided.
