The Edgerton Iron Chef Competition will be held on January 19th, 2-6pm at the Edgerton Large Lounge (NW-10). The theme ingredient this year is APPLES. Prizes are three gift certificates of up to $50 for the winning teams, and ingredients will be reimbursed up to $30 per team. Teams check in at 2pm, shopping and cooking is between 2-6pm, and presentation, judging, and a public tasting starts at 6pm. All MIT Graduate students are welcome! To compete, please sign up here.
